Haliman, Tuesday (19/2/2013), underlines some important points that he would convey to the Ministry of Housing (Kemenpera) directly through the Housing Minister Djan Faridz. Officially, there is No proposed legislation realization of compulsory savings housing (TWP).

In some Asian countries, TWP is already applied in Singapore, Malaysia, and China. According to Trihatma, if executed in Indonesia official TWP, then the funds can be gathered reached Rp 25 trillion per year.

In addition, Trihatma also submit complaints about the industry. The complaint menyasar SK Meneg Agrarian/head of BPN No. 2/1999 which limits the maximum extents only 400 hectares per company. In fact, this is not in line with the PP 24/2009 concerning the industrial zones that do not provide a maximum limit.

"This is not efficient in the provision of infrastructure. In fact, the demand for industrial land is high, "said Trihatma.

Not just a proposal. Trihatma also revealed a problem that must be faced by the property industry. These issues include legal certainty over the property right, high cost economy, inadequacy, and padded infrakstruktur taxation mainly to consumers rises.
