JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com -Growing Industry meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition (MICE) makes the PT Dyandra Media International (DMI) continues to expand. One of the projects is the construction of mega Convention (convention hall) in the Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang, Banten.
Convention building 150 thousand square meters is expected to be the biggest in Indonesia. The building project is currently running four months.
"That means 3-4 times the breadth of the Convention building at Kemayoran," Operations Director Dyandra bright, Danny Budiharto, on the sidelines of public exposure public offering shares of Prime (initial public offering/IPO) in Jakarta, Thursday (19/2/2013).
He hoped, projects with investment value of Rp 2.1 trillion is expected to be completed by mid-2014. The construction of this Convention, said Danny, is part of a plan to improve the quality of exhibition Dyandra internationally. Moreover, so far the title great exhibition in Indonesia with an international place is still quite rare and lost much of the neighboring countries.
"In essence, this industry has a fairly good prospects. However, a major problem currently is lacking in terms of infrastructure, "he added.
